As guest editors Dunbar Ivy, MD, and Usha Krishnan, MD, state in their guest editors' memo at the front of this issue of Advances the need for continued research and work toward a cure for pulmonary hypertension remains. Proof of the progress toward that end is apparent in the photos below of 5 PH patients over the past 10 years. e cover of Volume 5, No 2 from 2006 showed 5 pediatric patients in various aspects of childhood life. Five years later that cover was reproduced with updated photos of the same 5 patients. Now, in 2016, the editors are delighted to once again provide updated photos of the original 5 children ten years later as they participate in their unique world.”
